Shipping Policy
Ships within Canada and the US only. Parcel shipping will be done via a carrier that we select. All items should ship within 2 business days of your order being placed and paid for. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, and we are not responsible for delays by the carrier. Items shipped to the U.S. may be subject to customs and brokerage fees which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Any order over 60 kg (e.g. more than 6 x 10kg bags of any Remo Elements product) will need to be shipped via freight. Contact us at sales@remobrands.com to discuss a freight quote.
Return & Exchange Policy
We stand by our products. If there is any issue with our nutrients, please contact us at support@remobrands.com and we will help you troubleshoot and sort out the issue.
Unopened packages and bottles can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided that they are intact with all original, sealed packaging and tags attached along with a copy of the packing slip. Please contact us to request a Return Authorization number and approval before sending any items back. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
